Which Team Can Collect the Most Loot? This Is Heist

The Heist Mission

Our most popular game yet! This is an epic Live-Action Gaming scenario inspired by classic Heist movies.

Heist

Heist typically involves a lot of running. It's best played outdoors.

But it can be brought indoors or played on a mobile field.

Either way, the playing area should have lots of cover.

That way players can sneak around the field.

This mission works well with between two to four teams (but can be played with up to 7 teams).

Be sure to set the gear to friendly fire off so each team can only shoot players from one of the other teams, not players on their team.

Heist is a dynamic game where players can engage in various playstyles.

Not only that but the game isn't won until the timer ends.

The main objective of the Heist game is to have the most amount of virtual cash in your team's vault at the end of the mission.

The next question is, of course, how do you get the cash?

Well, there are three ways:

  1. Money Drop: Set a battle box prop to act as a Money Drop. It is a setting within the Recommended Options list. That means it's easy to set up! The money drop will add $10 every 10 seconds, up to $200. When a player shoots the box, they collect the money within!
  2. Kill an Opposition Player: When a player kills someone with cash, they get half that cash! (the rest is lost).
  3. Raid your Opposition's Vault: Set another battle box prop to act as a Vault. A player can sneak around to the other team's vault and shoot it, much like a money drop. Players can take up to $50 every 10 seconds. So it's always useful to have someone defending the vault!

Love the Versatility

Our staff love the versatility of the SATR Laser Tag equipment. The equipment can be set up in a matter of minutes. Laser skirmish is an activity that keeps gaining momentum regarding its popularity. We can easily see over 1,000 customers doing laser tag in one weekend alone!! Our customers always leave with smiles on their faces.

The great part about the final option is that, even if a team is far behind, they can potentially organize a raid on the other team's vault - robbing their opponents of their advantage.

How to Score the Game

Select the "Heist" mission on either your master controller or on the scoreboard.

As the game runs, the scores will update on the screen. As the organizer, you can track how the game is going.

Whichever team has the most amount of money in their Vault wins the game.

At the end of the mission, the controller (or scoreboard) gets a final score from all the Vaults on the field and calculates which team collected the most.

The scoreboard will issue a sound effect notifying the winning team.

On the master controller, you can choose whether or not to announce the winner to all players. If yes, a message will play on all laser tag guns, such as "Red Team is Victorious!".

Heist Map in Royale Theme

Due to this dynamic style of play, gamers with different play styles can still have fun. If someone wants to rush in - going for the money drop is perfect.

If they want to try a sneaky game - they can try their hand at raiding the enemy vault.  If the player isn't very fit - they can hang back, defending their team's vault.

Of course, players can also try their hand at all these different options. This keeps the games fresh, round after round.

What do you need to play this Mission?

For a two-team setup, you'll want:

  • X number of Laser Tag guns
  • A master controller or Scoreboard app
  • A radio repeater (for large battlefields)

For a four-team setup, you'll want:

  • X number of Laser Tag guns
  • A master controller or Scoreboard app
  • A radio repeater (for large battlefields)
