Battlefield Sports' laser tag equipment is built tough.
Nothing is indestructible, however, so from time to time the laser tag equipment may need service and repair.
Technology innovation is the key to delivering more value to customers, and our service center at Battlefield Sports headquarters is here to provide tip-top maintenance, diagnosis, and gaming unit repair solutions.
We have in-depth knowledge and, with 25 years of experience in the workshop on various systems (classic and digital), we can effectively problem-solve and repair infrared combat gaming guns from any age or era.
With our extensive stock of spares, we can typically return repaired equipment to you within one to two days. Tier 1 support is still available via email - support@battlefieldsports.com.
Please send us your equipment along with a repair form (available for download within the BFSU or our private Facebook Group). Our Technician will provide a quote for the repair before any work is performed. The cost comprises parts, labor, and shipping.
Send your gear to our HQ, and our Tech will diagnose it upon receipt.
Should any repairs be necessary, you will be quoted before we proceed with the work.
That way, there are no surprises! The service includes testing, equipment zeroing, and as-needed software updates to the latest available code for the main printed circuit board (PCB). The older-style Main PCB can be upgraded to SATR2.4c.
Now you can use a single code across all your units! Better still, earlier versions of SATR3 can be upgraded to SATR3.21 or later.
NOTE: The software upgrade doesn’t update the SD cards for the new sounds, so you will need to purchase new SD cards.
Servicing is $30 per unit, plus GST and shipping and repairs, as quoted, if approved.
Optional battery conditioning is an extra $30 + GST per unit.
Book an upgrade to SATR3, and our Techs will install the new main PCB and service the equipment for you. We work on a user-pays system. In other words, if it takes 30 minutes per unit to upgrade, we invoice you for 30 minutes. If your taggers are older and require more work, we will invoice you at a rate of 30 minutes per unit (or whatever it takes). Likewise, older units often require replacing the battery, obtaining a new emitter, or possibly replacing a button. We'll let you know whatever the unit needs, so there are no surprises.
Please note that prices for Australian customers are exclusive of GST, and shipping is subject to availability. Bookings are essential. Please do not ship your equipment to us until your booking is confirmed. All shipping should be tracked. We can provide a shipping quote (we require box weight and dimensions).
If you have any questions or would like to book in, please get in contact with Nicole via aunz@battlefieldsports.com
