Battle Box set as a Combo Box
The battle box set as a combination box (or combo box) offers gamers both respawns and ammunition.
Gamers can activate the respawn or re-supply function in two ways:
In the SATR digital laser tag system, the Battle Box is a versatile battlefield prop. Operators can configure a Battle Box to more than 20 different functions, everything from a Battle Royale Box to a Flag Box.
The Combination Box, also known as the Combo Box, is actually the most popular configuration.
If you are used press-button to issue the comment then players can select the red or green buttons. This is an infrared (or direct-fire) option. If a gamer presses the red button gives a reload or new ammo. If a gamer presses the green button to issue a respawn.
Better still in SATR3 (Code version 3.0M3+ onwards) you have the option to provide respawns by radio. This is an auto-issue function. So the gamers just need to get near the box, within a few yards or few meters of the box, to automatically get the respawn or ammo top-up.
