The gaming engine SATR3 has more than 300 emulations (SATR2 emulates 69 different weapons). These weapon emulations are categorized into four (4) classes:

  • machine guns

sten gunToday we feature the Sten Gun SMG.

The Sten Mark 2 Sub Machine Gun

The Sten Mark 2 SMG is a popular weapon emulation in the SATR system, particularly for Battlefield Operators from England, Scotland and Wales.

It is a great choice for those battlefield operators who have included the Honey Badger model in their arsenal.

The Sten Mark 2 SMG features a 32 shot magazine, and fires fully automatic. This weapon emulation has 6 spare magazines and takes 4 seconds to reload.

Its default emulation is short/medium range. Like any weapon emulation in the SATR laser tag system, you can override this default. For example, you can set its range to "indoor" for shorter range.

Here are the Gaming Gun Specifications

  • Magazine Capacity: 32
  • Fire Mode: Fully Auto
  • Recoil Duration: 2 seconds
  • Rate of Fire: medium/ 450rpm
  • Range: Short / Medium
  • Reloads: 6
  • Reload duration: 4 seconds

A Honey Badger Gaming Gun configured as a Sten Gun would normally be configured with short/medium range.
