Featured Emulation: Kar 98K

Featured Weapon Emulation - Kar 98K

Kar 98 The gaming engine SATR2 emulates 69 different weapons. And the new SATR3 laser tag system offers Battlefield Operators more than 300 emulations. These weapon emulations are categorized into four (4) classes:

  • handguns
  • submachine guns
  • rifles
  • machine guns

Today we feature a German Bolt Action Rifle from World War Two.

The Kar 98 Rifle

The Kar 98k Rifle is a famous weapon emulation in the SATR system suitable for WW2 re-enactments. The Karabiner 98 Kurz (abbreviated as Kar98k, K98, or Kar 98) was the standard German Army rifle of WW2.

Especially for those battlefield operators who have included some of the Morita gaming guns in their arsenal.

The Kar 98k is a bolt action rifle with a 5 shot box, has long-range, has 25 spare 7.92 Mauser M98 ammunition boxes and takes 3 seconds to reload.

This Bolt Action Rifle while largely obsolete proved to be reliable and strong.

The manufacturing of this rifle continued throughout the war.

And just like in the real-world this SATR weapon emulation takes 3 seconds to reload.
